Calendar

Choose a day, see its FamilyWise events and add an appointment or activity for that date.

About your app version

This guide previews the updated Calendar layout. In earlier versions, choose a date, then scroll below the month to its events.

How to use it

Switch Month or Week and tap a date. The selected date is shown above the calendar; a dot marks a day with saved events.
View events brings the selected day’s event list into reach. Today returns to today’s date.
Add event starts an event for the selected date. Check its date, time and people before saving. Tap a saved event to review or edit it.
These steps cover events created in FamilyWise. Outside calendar connections are separate and available only when your released app explicitly offers a supported route.

Try this

Choose Thursday, tap Add event and save a parent-teacher meeting with its start time. Open View events to find it again and check the same date and details.

Where it works

These steps are for the mobile app. Records you save locally stay on that device. To share household records, sign in and choose the correct household. Your plan, membership and permissions determine what you can open or change.

Free local planning saves changes on the device. The Account option View saved local setup opens a preserved view-only setup. Open your authorized family from Account → Sharing & sync when you need to make changes there.

FamilyWise-created events work separately from outside calendars. Open Calendar connections to see which sources your app version supports.

Keep the explanation close

Use the i button on the matching app page for a short offline explanation. Settings → Help & about lets you hide or restore those buttons. Hiding help or a tool never deletes its saved records.
